My name is Lorell (pronounced "lore ELL"). Decades ago (I am now in my 60's) I found, on the internet, that my name means "little and/or elfin" in the old Italian/Germanic languages. In later years I found that the internet got lazy and lumped/dumped my name with Laurel (pronounced "LAW rul"), still do so, and I'm kinda pitsed. Sincerely, Lorell
