Chisomo means the grace of God... Myself was given this name by a doctor that was attending my mother. . She had a c section and according to their medical examination they thought I will born already dead. ... but because of the God's Grace I was born a health baby.... And thats where my name come from.

In my Ng'oni tradition, "Chisomo chaambuuye" refers to God's grace. So my son Chisomo was born amidst news my wife had gestational diabetes in her 2nd trimester and from that moment on- it was a planned pregnancy until her EDD.T2D along with insulin shots and we decided with my personal doctor that normal delivery is paramount since it was our first child and should anything goes over board then C section was the last resort. And by God's grace we had a normal baby boy, turning 5 next January and has normal blood sugar readings.
