My family name is a Huguenot name, Seguin. I come from the UK. My Grandfather, from whom I had this name, came from London and lived in Oxford UK. Does anyone know what area of Europe this name came from. The United States is too young to have been the origin of it. The Huguenots, I believe, came from France, but they also had been in other countries. If anyone has unearthed any convincing information, I would be very interested to hear it. Thanking you, in advance.
