The name "Settimo" directly translates to "seventh". Similar type names are Primo (1st), Quentino (similar to 5th), and Ottavio (8th). Yes it's a rare name, except for the fact that 3 of my cousins on my dad's side of the family go by the same name. Go figure. It's frustrating having to repeat/spell/explain my name every time I have to introduce myself to someone. I also copped a lot of stick for my name growing up. But, ironically enough, I'm grateful that my mum refused to let my pre-school and primary school teachers use a pseudonym for me.
