I don't understand? I am from Australia, and love the name Jarrah, which is the name of a tree. I wanted to look up Yarrah to see if it is a Hebrew name or means something in Hebrew as it sounds like it, and I like names to have layers of meaning. I know the Y in Hebrew is often changed in different languages. I am familiar with the word yarah as a root word of Torah, but there is a river in Australia called the Yarrah River so I guess the etymologists took that route of interpretation.
