Informative as it is the first time I heard the name Strahinja, and recognized the meaning of strah as being fear, but it still baffles me that it is stated as being pagan and first attested in 1322. It is considered pagan since Serbia and the surrounding Slavs had by then been Christian for at least 500 years and the common practice was and usually is to give a child a Christian name.
